Enjoying a getaway from the media following her split from Samantha Ronson, the lovely Lindsay Lohan has been spotted enjoying the shopping and surf on the island of Maui, Hawaii over the past week.

Along with trying to surf with sister Ali, the “Georgia Rule” starlet also made sure to fit in time to make a few purchases at a local shopping center before heading back to her hotel.

And while a rejuvenating island getaway might be just what the doctor ordered, many believe that time is running out for LiLo when it comes to needing to get her acting career back underway.

“She’s done if she doesn’t pull it together,” Eileen Koch, founder of Eileen Koch & Company, told the New York Daily News.

“She had the world at her feet,” a studio exec added. “And right now, she’d have to pay a studio to get herself into a movie.”

Offering advice to the troubled starlet, an industry insider tells: “Lindsay needs to focus on doing her job. She’s an actress, yet all we know recently are her DUIs and relationship issues. Maybe that means taking jobs that may not be the best paying, but can build her acting credibility and gain her respect in the industry.”

Just days after celebrating her 28th birthday, Jessica Alba was spotted out for a bite to eat at Urth Caffe with daughter Honor Marie on Thursday (April 30).

The day before, the “Into the Blue” beauty dropped by the popular Mr. Chow eatery, walking inside to meet a few friends for an afternoon bite to eat.

Meanwhile, Jessica will soon be making her way to New York City – as she’ll be hosting the 2009 EIF Revlon Run/Walk for Women to take place in New York City on May 2nd.

From there, it’s off to Washington DC to promote “Crips and Bloods: Made in America”.

Joining the gang violence film’s director and producers, Alba will be on Capitol Hill on May 6th for a screening and Q&A session.

Out for a morning jog, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were spotted running around New York City on Thursday (April 30).

The “Sexy Back” stud and his “Powder Blue” babe looked sporty in their black and white running gear, braving the chillier-than-usual springtime weather.

Meanwhile, JT’s new business endeavor, a new brand of Tequila called 901, has been receiving rave reviews among the top taste-testers.

“It’s actually a really nice product,” told a highly-regarded NCY bar owner, adding, “It has a nice richness to it, a full-body mouth feel, a nice finish.”

Keeping herself busy, Hayden Panettiere was spotted out for a meeting at a West Los Angeles office building on Wednesday afternoon (April 29).

The “Heroes” hottie toted paperwork in hand, looking less than pleased to be followed around by paparazzi for the second day in a row.

Meanwhile, as Hayden’s hit show “Heroes” saw in the season 4 finale this past Monday, Miss Panettiere has reportedly been focused on finishing a documentary for a Save the Whales awareness campaign.

“We’re really trying to do something like ‘An Inconvenient Truth’ but for the oceans,” told Hayden, who has also been out seeking additional funds for her project.

Offering a little relief to the catwalk queen, the alleged stalker of Tyra Banks has been convicted of multiple charges including stalking, harassment, attempted aggravated harassment, and criminal trespass earlier this morning (April 30).

With Tyra testifying at Manhattan’s criminal court just yesterday, Brady Green will hopefully no longer be a problem for Miss Banks.

“The behavior was hounding,” Judge James Burke told press, who also opted against giving Green any time in the slammer – instead telling the defendant’s lawyer to “Put Mr. Green in a location where he can thrive. And that location is not likely to be the city of New York.”

Of the outcome, Green’s attorney, Jeffrey Berman, said, “I’m disappointed with the verdict, but I’m glad the judge did not send him to jail.”

She may have lost the Miss USA crown because of her position on gay marriage, and now Miss California Carrie Prejean is taking her stance on the controversial issue a step further.

During her interview on the “Today” show, Prejean announced that she’s partnering with the National Organization for Marriage to protect the sanctity of traditional marriage values.

She explained, “I am just here to protect marriage.  The National Organization for Marriage basically just respects marriages and people who support it. I am here to protect traditional marriage.”

Carrie also expressed her surprise over the outrage her comments at the pageant caused.  “I never thought in a million years that this would be happening right now. I was attacked for giving my own opinion on stage. I am going to do whatever it takes to protect marriage.”

And she says the reaction has been overwhelmingly positive.  “I’ve actually had so many supporters and so many people say, ‘Thank you so much. It had to take a beauty pageant contestant to actually stand up for what she believes in.’”

It was a bit of a shock when she and boyfriend Chuck Wicks were eliminated from “Dancing with the Stars” this week, and Julianne Hough has announced she won’t be back next season.

The 20-year-old dancer/singer told press, “I’m not doing next season.  I’m gonna take one off,” after she learned of her elimination.

She continued, “We definitely went further than anticipated. I think he could have made it a little bit further.  But you know what? It’s the name of the game and it’s about fan base and hopefully our country fans will follow us into music.”

Miss Hough will be spending the summer stretching her touring legs as she gears up for a May 9th gig in Hidalgo, Texas followed by several other dates.

Jumping at any chance for publicity, Vanessa Minnillo was spotted on her way inside the Pepsi Throwback Launch Party last night (April 29).

The former MTV veejay looked lovely in a vintage white top with an embroidered neckline teamed with a pair of slim fit jeans and brown sandals as she strolled around World On Wheels, mingling with fellow party-goers.

Earlier this week, Miss Minnillo was spotted stepping out with her boyfriend Nick Lachey for dinner with a few friends.

Hoping to dispel breakup rumors, Nick and Vanessa both wore similar ensembles as a sign of solidarity.  But it will take more than matching hats to convince everyone that they’re doing fine.

She’s always up for a good time, and last night (April 29) Holly Madison was spotted arriving at the Pepsi Throwback Launch Party in Los Angeles.

The “Girls Next Door” starlet looked pretty in pink as she made her way inside World On Wheels for the roller derby shindig, sporting a pink top, pink shorts, and long white tube socks with pink stripes.

In related news, it seems Hugh Hefner has issued some clarifying statements regarding his invitation for Miss Madison to move back into his life.

The Playboy mogul told press, “I have no idea where these crazy stories come from.  The idea that I’m pining over former girlfriend Holly Madison and would ‘welcome her back with open arms’ is pure fiction. It was invented by someone to create publicity. I’m in love with Crystal Harris and wouldn’t trade her or the Shannon Twins for anyone in the past.”

He continued, “Holly will always be welcome here at the mansion, but not as a girlfriend.  I think she’s happy now, and I know I am.”

Enjoying a sisterly night on the town, Kim Kardashian and her sister Khloe were spotted arriving at the Pepsi Throwback Launch Party at World On Wheels in Los Angeles on Wednesday (April 29).

Clad in their finest rollergirl gear, the Kardashian sisters walked inside for an evening of fun, with brother Robert following along.

Meanwhile, it sounds as if Miss Kardashian is inching closer and closer to a walk down the aisle, as she picked out an engagement ring, although boyfriend Reggie Vush is yet to propose.

She tells: “He definitely knows all of us went ring shopping. I definitely scared him and told him it was probably way more expensive than it is, just so that when he goes he feels like he’s getting a good deal. He knows what it looks like. I think I’ve emailed him enough pictures!”
