Happy to be back home in the States, Miley Cyrus, her mom Tish and sister Brandi were spotted rolling around with Justin Gaston in the valley on Wednesday (April 29).

With the brightly-blonde “Hannah Montana” darling doing her best not to be photographed, the Cyrus gang and Miley’s beau all headed into Studio Cafe for a bite to eat.

Meanwhile, Miley was able to send out a message on her Twitter as she enjoyed the afternoon outing – which follows a promotional trip to Europe over the past week.

The Disney darling philosophically poster: “Theres a difference between lying and keeping my personal life private, which is what in trying to do. if u love me let me.”

Stepping out for a little personal pampering, Nicole Richie was spotted visiting a salon in Melrose Place on Wednesday (April 29).

The expecting former “Simple Life” starlet wore a colorful maternity dress, walking past awaiting paparazzi and inside for her appointment.

Meanwhile, Miss Richie spent the previous day out to lunch at Café Med with her young daughter, Harlow Madden.

Getting further and further along in her new pregnancy, baby Harlow will soon be saying hello to a little sister or brother – as Nicole is due with her and babydaddy Joel Madden’s second child later this year.

Looking his ever-so-handsome self, Hugh Jackman was all smiles at the industry screening of “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” in Los Angeles on Tuesday night (April 28).

The Aussie hunk has been a busy man as of late, recently traveling the world while promoting his soon-to-be-released comic book flick.

Meanwhile, one stop Hugh wasn’t able to work out was Mexico – as his trip was cancelled as a result of the swine flu woes.

At the X-Men-Origins: Wolverine premiere in Tempe, Arizona on Monday, Jackman told press: “It’s very tragic what’s going on down there.I’m worried for them. The government and local officials closed [the premiere down]

because they’re obviously closing theaters.”

Slowly spreading to the U.S., the swine flu has killed more than 150 people. Jackman, though, still insists that he will return to Mexico when conditions are right.

“As soon as they open it up and as soon as it’s safe for people to go out and see movies again, we’ll go back down there,” he said

Showing off her tight tummy, Jennifer Aniston was spotted back on the set of her new movie “The Baster” in New York City on Wednesday (April 29).

The “Rumor Has It” hottie was sporting bright red pants with a black tanktop, looking as hot as ever as she strolled along with security and a gal pal.

Meanwhile, Jen’s name has once again turned up in Star magazine – this time with rumors that she’s ready to adopt a child.

“She doesn’t want to wait,” a source tells the tabloid. “Her best friends all have kids, and Jen sees how much motherhood changed their lives for the best. She’s dying to have that!”

The Star insider adds, “Jen has already started planning a $250,000 nursery at her home in Beverly Hills, and has even picked out her nanny. Unlike Angie, she wants a baby from the USA. Her close friend Sheryl (Crow) — who adopted a baby boy two years ago — is walking Jen through the adoption process step by step.”

Stepping out for an afternoon visit, Hayden Panettiere was spotted out at a friend’s house in Burbank, California on Tuesday afternoon (April 28).

Carrying a “Neuro” brand energy drink, the “Heroes” hottie strolled past a crowd of paparazzi as she made her way to her nearby car.

Meanwhile, fans of Hayden’s NBC show are back in waiting mode, as the fourth volume came to dramatic close earlier this week.

The fifth volume, titled “Redemption,” begins in a little less than six weeks – with “the prelude featuring Tracy, played by Ali Larter, now having the ability to take a liquid form while hunting down and killing former agents of “Building 26”. Meanwhile, Sylar (who has been compelled to believe he is Nathan by Matt Parkman) is feeling increasingly distant. The prelude concludes with Nathan/Sylar being mesmerized by a clock in his office which is running one minute and a half fast. After seeing Nathan/Sylar correcting the clock, Angela appears worried over the hybrid creation.”

Coming out to support her bandmate, Fergie was all smiles on the red carpet at the Los Angeles industry screening of “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” on Tuesday night (April 28).

The “My Humps” songstress joined up with Black Eyed Peas members Apl.de.Ap and Taboo, as they cheered on Will.i.am during his big night.

Of the flick, Will.i.am said that he was “mindful of what he jokingly called the Comic Book Gangsters (or comic-book fans) all while making the film.”

“Man, the CBGs are serious. They’re for real,” he told USA Today. “I play a dude by the name of John Wraith who is a teleporter. And I’m a black cowboy, so that’s a mutant within its own right!”

He was spotted at the Los Angeles premiere of his latest film “Ghosts of Girlfriends Past” earlier this week.  And it sounds like Michael Douglas has another exciting project in the works.

The “Perfect Murder” actor is said to be gearing up to work with director/producer Oliver Stone for a sequel to his infamous “Wall Street” film.

Douglas won an Oscar for his role as Gordon Gekko in the 1987 financial thriller, and he recently told Ellen DeGeneres that the new flick will be just as killer.

“It starts up a couple years ago. Gordon Gekko has just got out of jail and we kind of deal with all the issues that are going on now.  It’s an excellent script. I’m really excited about it. There’s going to be some exciting casting news coming up in the next couple of weeks, which I can’t say yet.”

While everyone has been waiting to see what happens in the case of Chris Brown’s alleged beating of Rihanna, Brown’s lawyer is petitioning to get the whole thing thrown out of court.

The “Kiss Kiss” singer’s lawman Mark Geragos claims that there’s no way to have a fair trial as a result of leaks in the procedures taken by police.

Geragos told press, “The leaks can form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regards to outrageous governmental misconduct,” following a hearing today in LA Superior Court.

As for a timeline, the next hearing has been scheduled for May 28th at which time a judge will determine whether or not there is enough evidence to mount a full-fledged trial.  If so, the trial will begin in June.
