Looking to put the domestic dispute case behind him, Charlie Sheen is heading back to court in Aspen, CO on Monday (March 15).
The “Two and a Half Men” actor is more than willing to plead guilty or no contest to a misdemeanor with no jail time. The question in tow, however, is whether Mr Sheen will plead to a misdemeanor or a felony which will determine if he faces jail time or not.
Things may not be looking to hot for Charlie as he has slipped through the cracks once before in Aspen back in 1977 when he pled no contest to misdemeanor battery in a domestic violence case involving then-girlfriend, Brittnay Ashland.Photo Credit: INF DailyCharlie Sheen Gears Up for Court Visit
