Decked out in mostly black, the “Labor Pains” actress puffed away on a cigarette as she exited the Members' club and meandered over to an awaiting car.As previously reported by Gossip Center, Ms Lohan has reportedly filed a 100 million dollar lawsuit against E-Trade Financial Corp after she alleges that their ad featured during the Super Bowl was based on her.
