Paris Hilton displayed a rather nasty looking injury on her chin after falling earlier in the day trying to escape a swarm of paparazzi in Prague.
As previously reported by Gossip Girls, the 27-year-old’s presence “led to hysteria amongst photographers clambering to take her picture, with a major fight breaking out amongst rival snappers.”
